Rubina Chhetri (Nepali: रुबिना क्षेत्री) (born 26 November 1993) is a Nepalese cricketer and the former captain of the Nepal Women’s National Cricket team. A bowler and right-hand batter of Nepali National Cricket team. Rubina became the Captain of Nepal Women’s National Cricket team in 2012 replacing Neri Thapa. Gradually becoming a single-sport professional athlete from 2012 onward, Rubina's acclaimed cricket career has continued to flourish, and she is now widely considered to be one of the greatest female cricket players ever in Nepal. In 2019 Nepal has own bronze medal at the 13th South Asian Game under her captaincy which was held in Pokhara, Nepal. on 9th November 2023 Ms. Indu Barma appointed as captain replacing Rubina.

Nepal has participated in 2012 Women's Twenty20 Asia Cup under her leadership. She is also marquee player & captain of Kat Queens Kathmandu (Nepal’s 1st women's franchise cricket team). She became the first cricketer for Nepal to take a hat-trick in a Women's Twenty20 International match in 2019 which was against Kuwait held in Bangkok. In Twenty20 International Cricket History Rubina is the 12th Cricketer to take a Hat-Trick.
Chettri was the first bowler in the Nepali cricket history to take a five-wicket haul on debut. She took five wickets against Singapore in 2009 at the ACC Women's Twenty20 Championship when Singapore needed 2 runs with 5 wickets left in the last over to win the match which was unbelievable achievement. Due to that she got Player of the Match title.

In 2019 January Chhetri made her international debut against China in Thailand Women's T20 Smash Tournament. She also represented Nepal in the 2019 ICC Women's Qualifier Asia in Bangkok, Thailand. That was a tournament which was an Asia region qualifier for the 2019 ICC Women's World Twenty20 Qualifier as well as the 2020 Women's Cricket World Cup Qualifier tournaments.
